Steelcase today launches Gesture, a new sitting experience, designed in response to the company’s latest research about changing postures in the workplace. The global study reveals how new technologies have led to nine new postures — not supported by current office chairs — which frequently cause pain and long-term injuries, disrupting concentration and creativity. The Gesture chair was inspired by studying the movement of the human body and created for the ways people work today.

Kildare Village was the setting for a truly Chic Summer Tea Party, hosted by internationally celebrated British model and muse Daisy Lowe to mark the launch of the Chic Summer Festival.

Brian Atwood, a division of The Jones Group (NYSE: JNY), debuted its first global campaigns today, a print campaign and companion fashion film that tell the story of the modern woman’s desire for fantasy and control. The campaign was inspired by the allure of sexual submission, fearless beauty, and cinemagraphic voyeurism laced with sensual tension.
The print campaign and film were shot together in London by visionaries Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, with creative direction by Giovanni Bianco, and feature supermodel Candice Swanepoel, with styling by Elizabeth Sulcer.
