The Estate of Michael Jackson and Cirque du Soleil today unveiled that Michael Jackson ONETM will open and take residency exclusively at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino this summer. Directed by Jamie King, Michael Jackson ONE will start its preview performances on May 23, 2013 and have its official premiere on June 29, 2013. Cast members from The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil, Southwest Airlines and McCarran International Airport joined together today to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The Beatles’ historic Las Vegas arrival in 1964. In celebration of the band’s first and only visit, cast members from LOVE took the same route the Fab Four did 50 years ago by taking a Southwest flight from San Francisco to Las Vegas while travelers arriving from all over the globe were treated to surprise performances from the critically acclaimed show inside McCarran’s Terminal 1 baggage claim.
