See what happens in this video when the pressure/energy of the water of a street pipe (during this particular storm) became high enough that the water in the drainage system, upon being given a vertical outlet, was pushed to an elevation that exceeded the ground (or street) elevation at the outlet location. Trying to impress his buddies, this skater ends up losing control and eventually body surfs down the concrete.
