Beginning a new chapter in its celebrated history as an American product design innovator, KitchenAid is unveiling a dramatically designed major appliance collection available in stainless steel, black, white and black stainless steel, an industry first.
Reflecting visual cues from its best known product, the iconic stand mixer, the new collection is wholly original yet uniquely identifiable as the KitchenAid brand. It will be the brand's first collection to launch globally, with U.S. availability starting in April of 2015.

Unfortunately, Zelda’s story is similar to the nearly 8 million other animals entering shelters each year. That’s why Wahl has teamed up with GreaterGood.org to donate funds and grooming supplies to shelters nationwide. The goal: Transform more than 20,000 dogs this year and get them ready for adoption.
“Due to lack of resources, less than half of dogs entering shelters are getting the grooming they desperately need,” says Shay Moeller, pet product manager for Wahl. “First impressions are crucial, and without proper grooming, many of these dogs are perceived to be ‘damaged goods.’ By providing shelters with much-needed grooming supplies, we can transform these dogs into the healthy, fun loving pets they really are.”

This book is the story about a young boy who believed he was in that category while growing up. That little boy changed those odds and ultimately did many things that most people cannot even dream of. Dick was expected to work twelve- to fourteen-hour days every day until he left home to join the air force when he was seventeen years old. By the grace of God, Dick somehow graduated from high school since he never once, in twelve years, ever had any time to do homework. Dick’s very best childhood friend was his Dog King who is on the cover of this Book. Without King, Dick’s childhood would have been very, very difficult, for they were always together. Life was about to change dramatically when Dick joined the air force when he was seventeen years old. The title of the book, “Destiny,” is very appropriate since it was at that time when destiny played a major role in Dick’s life. Dick should have never passed his induction physical due to an unknown severe bundle branch blockage in his heart, but he did; he should have never been accepted in the Air Force’s air weather school, but he was, graduating forty-third out of a class total of 187. During the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics 2017 Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo™ in Chicago, scientists reported on a recent study which uncovered that the intake of pistachios reduces the rise in blood sugar and insulin in women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)—commonly known as gestational diabetes. The study, “Effects of Pistachio Intake on Postprandial Blood Glucose Response in Pregnant Women,” found when women who were gestational glucose intolerant (GIGT) or who were diagnosed with GDM ate pistachios, they had a significantly lower rise in blood glucose levels compared to eating whole wheat bread that was matched for calories.

Gianluigi Aponte, MSC Group’s founder and executive chairman as well as the ship owner, attended together with the Aponte and Aponte-Vago families. Most of us are living in a city. Actually we do not have much time to walk around the city. Even though when we are willing to walk especially on a beautifully sunny day, we often fail to find a good place for a walk.
However, the cities are changing now. “Walkable Urbanism” has been emerging as a new global standard for urban development. There was a time when wide roads and fast traffic were regarded as key elements to determine a city’s competitiveness. But today, how much the city provides safe and comfortable walking environment is becoming more important. Urban planners from many cities including Copenhagen, London, Paris and Barcelona prioritize pedestrians, and develop diverse ideas about how to make a walkable city.
Seoul is also in line with these global efforts. As the capital of Korea, Seoul has developed and implemented policies to create more pedestrian roads and to make urban regeneration through this. Among others, Won-Soon Park, Mayor of Seoul, is in the lead to transform Seoul into a walkable city.

The Ford Focus Electric is really a 5-door hatchback electric car manufactured by Ford. The Focus Electric is Ford's first full production, all-electric passenger vehicle, and production began in December 2011 Deliveries for fleet customers from the United States began in December 2011, and yes it was released to retail customers in May 2012 only in California, New York and New Jersey, in limited numbers, then the other 16 initial markets from the third quarter of 2012. The European release was first slated for late 2012, but was re-scheduled to start out deliveries in August 2013.
