The winner of the competition will also become the caretaker of the ancient castle on the lake Bled for one day. To win this prize you need to meet only two criteria: you should be at least 18 years old (or have the written consent from your parents) and have a dog. The competition is going its pace but it is not too late to apply for the job of your dreams. Today, on the International Day for the Abolition of Slavery, the Global Freedom Network (GFN) has brought together leaders of the Christian Catholic, Anglican and Orthodox, as well as Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish and Muslim faiths who have jointly declared one common humanitarian endeavour: To eradicate modern slavery by 2020 throughout our world and for all time as a crime against humanity.
A number of faith leaders spoke at the event and video messages were given by His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and by Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Basheer Hussain al Najafi who could not attend the ceremony but are equally committed to eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking.
