Jewelry Television® (JTV), one of the country’s largest retailers of fine jewelry and gemstones, announced today that the company is launching a national competition to discover talented jewelry designers. JTV's Rock Star Designer Contest is open to the public and the online call for entries runs from March 21 through April 30, 2015.
