Shock Top and Stan Herd, the world's preeminent representational Earthwork artist, are collaborating on a series of original Earthworks a first for the artist and the beer brand. The series will reflect the essence of the beer, both theoretically (designed to embody the unique, free-spirit of the beer) and literally (produced with materials that are ingredients of the beer, including wheat and oranges). “Clearing the way” from Arkansas to Chicago are the three boys, Michael Hollinger, Bodie Hope, and Dylan “Rocky” Riley that captured your attention by creating “Mini-Dom” and pulling a switcheroo on Storm Chaser Reed Timmer.

With the help of local tradespeople, the expert crew gives a 1933 Spanish Colonial Revival located in the neighborhood of Silver Lake a “Hollywood-style makeover.” In order to accommodate a growing family, homeowners Kurt Albrecht and Mary Blee know they need to expand their home. The This Old House experts are working with Los Angeles-based contractor Steve Pallrand and his design-build firm Home Front on a modest 750-sq.ft. addition, which includes a new second floor, larger kitchen, new family room, two additional baths and two more bedrooms. Throughout the renovation, the series will focus on preserving and replicating the quaint period details that make the property unique, such as the clay roof tiles, arched doorways, tray ceilings, plaster ornamentation, inlaid floors and art deco light fixtures.

More states are allowing a relatively new breed of vehicle on public roads, but crash tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety show why the mix of low-speed vehicles (LSVs) or minitrucks and regular traffic is a deadly combination. LSVs are designed for tooling around residential neighborhoods, and minitrucks are for hauling cargo off-road. While these vehicles have a lot of appeal as a way to reduce emissions and cut fuel use, they don't have to meet the basic safety standards that cars and pickups do, and they aren't designed to protect their occupants in crashes.
