The American Cancer Society today announces the development of a new documentary film in collaboration with Academy Award-winning Actress Hilary Swank to inspire women nationwide to make their own health a priority and take everyday steps to help prevent cancer. As with all free weight exercises it's best to have a spotter to reduce the risk on injury especially as you move up in weight.
