Food Network’s long-running competition series Food Network Star returns for a ninth season this summer with fresh talent, intense challenges, and culinary icons Alton Brown, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay leading the charge to discover the best and brightest new faces in food television. In the one-hour season premiere on Sunday, June 2nd at 9pm ET/PT, the twelve contestants arrive in Los Angeles, ready to kick off the biggest audition of their lives to find out who has the personality, on-camera charisma and kitchen chops to follow in their idols’ footsteps and helm their own show. In new twists, focus groups of Food Network fans will also have their say on contestant performances and one finalist will be brought back after elimination for another chance at victory. Mission Park, marks the debut feature film for writer/director Bryan Anthony Ramirez and producer Douglas Spain (Star Maps, Band of Brothers). The film opened with a national platform release in select Santikos Theaters on September 5, 2013 in San Antonio, TX as well as AMC Theatres in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City on September 6, 2013. At the heart of the ‘No Bollocks 2013’ campaign is a series of TV spots comprised entirely of still photo images intended to cut through the clutter of expensive, elaborate, overly produced advertisements typical of the beer category. Instead of using the professional actors or beautiful models normally featured in beer ads, the spots feature ordinary people drinking at real parties having a real good time (or a real bad time in some cases). The creative takes on traditional beer advertising gimmicks that imply that hand crafted workmanship and hand selected ingredients are unique to certain beers and that parties are made abundantly more fun with those same beers.
