Cooking skills aren’t enough to win in Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen – in this new competition series, chefs must also be crafty, clever and willing to sabotage their opponents. Despite spring’s warmer weather, longer days and greener lawns, a new survey from TruGreen indicates that the majority of Americans may not be living life outside as much as they’d like.
TruGreen believes more life should be lived outside, where we are happier, more active and more connected with ourselves, with loved ones and with nature. To better understand the trends, sentiments and aspirations that Americans associate with being outside, TruGreen conducted a national survey. Nick Jonas celebrated the unveiling of the specialty retailer’s 2014 Holiday Windows. This event marked the 100th anniversary of Lord & Taylor’s iconic Fifth Avenue building.
Nick Jonas joined the retailer in unveiling the windows and performed two traditional holiday songs as well as two songs from his recently released self-titled solo debut, including his chart-topping single and radio hit, “Jealous”. Following his performance, Nick Jonas made an in-store appearance, where he took photos with customers and handed out signed copies of his recently released self-titled album.

United Airlines today will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the airline’s Terminal C hub facility at Newark Liberty International Airport, one of the world’s most modern airport terminals and the cornerstone of the original and largest New York/New Jersey airline hub.
Travelers arriving and departing at Newark Liberty today will join United employees in an anniversary celebration between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the upper level United Airlines ticket counter, where customers will have opportunities to earn prizes, travel discounts and bonus MileagePlus miles, and see the airline’s new uniforms for the first time. The airline is also setting up a temporary exhibit during the two-hour period demonstrating how air travel has evolved since 1988.
