“I grew up in Graham, North Carolina. My parents both worked for the textile mills, both had fourth grade educations and my mom always wanted me to get an education. When I graduated from high school it was my dream to go to college. I failed the first class of my life which was my chemistry class. I was just overwhelmed so I left after about a year and half, got a job and kept trying to go back to school. For me it was personally devastating. It really bothered me. I felt like I was failing. I had one shot and I blew it.
When Jenna left for boarding school I couldn’t even open the door and go in the room and I was almost 52. All of that coincided with the downturn of the market. I had almost $6 million dollars in contracts waiting to close and they all fell through—every single one of them. I thought, ‘now what? The Pick A Powder Campaign Launches Its Funniest Video Yet – 6-foot-6 Trace Adkins Trying to Get Into Richard Petty’s No. 43 Stock Car
Memphis, TN/Concord, NC – Country music superstar Trace Adkins, and racing legend and NASCAR Hall of Famer Richard Petty are at it again. The humorous rivalry videos where they are shown in each other’s world are now appearing online as part of the Pick A Powder Program. The one launching this week shows 6-foot-6 Trace attempting to get into Richard Petty’s No. 43 stock car. Since the campaign started, they have been going back and forth with each other on Facebook and in videos, all in an effort to get the most fans on their team and to show they experience more pain than the other.
BC Powder and Goody’s Headache Powders, the brands Adkins and Petty represent, are going head-to-head in an online contest. Undercover police officers: Magic Simpson and Chad Holland bust a drug dealer selling dope to another suspect in Kashmere Garden. The buyer was arrested and the dealer started resisting arrest when Magic took him down from trying to run away from the officers. The suspect violated his 10 year probation and facing a lot of charges. Officers Drae and Charlie catch a 16 year old kid using cocaine whose life was saved from choking to death. He attempted to swallow a small bag of cocaine and flee the scene. The Los Zetas have a drug deal behind a building of a Foodtown grocery store. They are busted by Officer Jenny and Mike. Shots are fired, police chase suspects, and justice is served.
