http://fitnessweightlosscenter.com - How to Warm Up and Cool Down | Pre Workout Exercises - In order to get the most out of your workouts and reduce the risk of injury it is essential to warm up before your workouts and cool down post workout. I see people at the gym get this one workout fundamental wrong all the time. Instead of doing some light cardio to get their blood
flowing and their muscles warmed up they immediately begin stretching.
You do not want to stretch cold muscles. A good analogy is a frozen candy bar - if you try to stretch it the bar just snaps, but take the same candy bar at or above room temperature and it becomes very pliable. The same holds true for your muscles. The optimal time to stretch is after your workout when your muscles are nice and warmed up not before our workout.
If you aren't at the gym or all the cardio machines are being used all you need to do is jumping jacks and/or a little running in place to get your muscles warmed up and ready for your workout.
Also resist the temptation to turn your warm up into a mini high intensity cardio session. You want a slow steady pace to your warm up and cool down routine.

http://fitnessweightlosscenter - Cable Crossover - Chest Workouts - One of the most common chest exercises is the bench press and there is no doubt that it's a great exercise. However, a lot of people limit their chest workouts to bench presses or a variation of the bench press. The cable crossover is a fantastic workout to add to your chest routine to add variety and workout the muscles from different angles.
The main drawback to this exercise is that you will need to join a gym as it's most likely people do not have the equipment to do the cable crossover at home.

Process plants and pipelines generate thousands of alarms from their automation systems every day — many of which are not serious. Control room operators must then quickly distinguish between routine process alarms and critical alarms that warn of operating problems or safety issues.
Honeywell (NYSE:HON) today unveiled its new DynAMo™ Alarm Suite, an advanced alarm management software that reduces the overall number of alarms while helping operators focus and respond to those most critical.

Crosstex International, a subsidiary of Cantel Medical Corp. (NYSE:CMN), and Prestige Ameritech, the only two major U.S.-based medical mask manufacturers have joined forces to bring attention to a glaring void in public health research and policy – that, if addressed, has the potential to more quickly provide a simple, effective tool to mitigate the spread of influenza and other respiratory borne viruses. The awareness campaign comes in response to a new study, “ Exposure to Influenza Virus Aerosols During Routine Patient Care,” published in The Journal of Infectious Diseases, showing that influenza viruses may spread as far as six feet from a person coughing or sneezing, and that some people, referred to as “super spreaders,” may be more likely to spread the virus. The study, supported by the Department of Health and Human Services with a $600,000 research grant, pointed specifically to concerns for healthcare workers being exposed to coughs from sick patients. Yet government research and policy continues to overlook face masks as a feasible protection measure for both the healthcare industry and the general public.

Well, this certainly break's my 1 song per month rule. I can't help it. Halloween's got me by the Candy Apples. Normally, I create the music first and then I make a video for it later but I didn't want to go through my video madness routine at the very end and so I did a little bit of this and a little bit of that and got it all wrapped up together at the same time. I didn't have the opportunity to take the song out for a test drive as I always take a cruise with my bro and we listen to it in his car and then later I make some adjustments at home. It sound's fine to me through my laptop and the video look's okay and so I'm just gonna upload it as is.
Wiping up finger paint and tackling juice spills is a routine every parent has down pat. Yet they may find themselves playing hide-and-seek with the invisible things little hands leave behind—like bacteria and viruses. Germs stick to all types of surfaces, and kids spread them to more places than you can imagine.
To track down where germs linger, The Clorox Company and global public health organization NSF International conducted a study in homes of families with young children. Researchers analyzed 100 samples from five commonly-touched surfaces, and found bacteria or viruses on all five of the surfaces tested, from the kitchen to the common area to the bathroom, with the bathroom sink being one of the surfaces with the most germs. In fact, the study results found that four times as many households had bathroom sinks that were germier than kitchen countertops.
