This year, Bob Evans Farms is partnering with JDRF for the second year, with a goal of raising $100,000 for T1D research by selling JDRF’s signature paper sneakers in each of its 561 restaurants.
Starting today through March 19, guests can support the fight against T1D by making donations of their choice to JDRF at their local Bob Evans restaurant. Guests interested in making a contribution will receive one of JDRF’s paper sneakers to sign and display. In addition, on March 19, Bob Evans will host a national community fundraiser, donating 15 percent of sales to JDRF when guests present a fundraising flyer. Food Network kicks off the New Year with a new season of Worst Cooks in America, the hit competition series that transforms kitchen disasters into skilled cooks, and five-time winner Chef Anne Burrell returning for a rematch against Chef Tyler Florence. Premiering on Sunday, January 3rd at 9pm ET/PT, the seven episode series pits Anne against Tyler, each leading a team of disastrous cooks in an intense kitchen boot camp designed to vastly improve the food skills of their recruits. The contestant who makes the most impressive culinary transformation is awarded a $25,000 grand prize, in addition to delivering victory and bragging rights for their team leader.

They then chose fourteen recruits including a lunch lady, truck driver, Army veteran and special education teacher to send to boot camp, and each contestant whips up the “offending dish” that landed them in hot water. After a stomach-wrenching tasting, Anne and Tyler pick their teams and attempt to teach them to make a well-balanced meal. Two recruits are not up to the task, and are sent home. Upcoming episodes feature a game show - style battle called “Family Food,” internationally-flavored empanada and Asian street food challenges and a visit from the competitors’ loved ones. Just for fun, I decided to try recording my voice and I discovered that once again I can sing through my sound system and so I'm giving my vocoloid program a break as I am once again singing the lead vocal work. Tupac died when he was only 25 years old.
He was well on his way to becoming one of the great leaders and icons
of the next generation. I hope this song brings you back to when the
whole east coast was fueding with the west coast and how crazy the game
got. Tragically, that era will always be remembered by the murder of
2Pac and Biggie and not just the amazing music. This song is a
blatant borrowing of a very early Bob Dylan song called Davey Moore. I
added some words and switched some around in order to speak to the
mysterious murder of one of Hip-Hop's greatest: Tupac Shakur. It would have been great to see what young Tupac became when he grew older. May his memory be a blessing.
