At Providence Place, we help young adults with disabilities gain the work, life and social skills to survive independently. We provide great education programs for the disabled people seeking independence in San Antonio, TX.
Four students with four unique experiences, residing in three different countries. What do they all have in common? They have either completed or are on the path of completing the entire Kumon Math and Reading Program, which ends with critical reading and calculus. Their mastery of self-learning and ability to study above grade level has led them to achieve remarkable heights at such a young age.
Meet Jessica, at 10-years-old she speaks six languages and dreams of becoming a fiction writer one day.
Meet Elina, 14-years-old. She won a national architecture competition that asked students to design a model for future schools.
Meet Etash, at 16-years-old he has already created and published two apps, won the 2017 Congressional App Challenge for Colorado and was invited to Washington DC by his congressman.
Meet Jesica, 20-years-old. She is researching accessible and inexpensive solutions for diabetes—Mexico’s number one cause of death—in the diabetes lab at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

A recent survey fielded by Febreze and ZzzQuil found twenty-two percent of those who struggle to fall asleep more on Sunday night are young adults. Jenni Pulos, star of Bravo’s Flipping Out, has partnered with Febreze and ZzzQuil to help Americans achieve a better night sleep. Jenni dishes on bedtime routine and bedroom design tips to fall asleep easily and sleep soundly.
After much speculation and hype, Helper’s iconic white glove, Lefty, dropped his first mixtape today, featuring five original tracks and two music videos. Initial reports: it’s lit. Collaborating with Twin Cities hip hop artists and a group of young, hungry up-and-comers, Lefty stays true to the streets in creating a soundscape that’s both authentic and hilarious.

The Helper mixtape, titled Watch the Stove, gives up-and-coming artists like the students at McNally Smith a platform to share their original music.

Tyrelle Davis and Faith Fennidy, both 11-years old, made headlines when they were sent home from school because of their hair extensions. Eleven-year-old Jorja Orrick was bullied for having short hair, which prompted her sister Sarah to cut her own locks in solidarity. With real stories like these and a history of helping young girls build self-esteem, Dove was inspired to join forces with Kelly Rowland to write and produce an original song titled, “Crown” — a power anthem that aims to break down the narrow definition of beautiful hair and encourage girls to feel confident in wearing it how they choose. The resounding call: “Wear it proud. #MyHairMyCrown.”

A historic day for AC Milan and Milan. Fondazione Fiera has decided that the winning project for the redevelopment of the old trade fair is the one of AC Milan. The decision made yesterday is the first step, but the dream of the Vice President and CEO Barbara Berlusconi to build a new stadium could soon become reality.
The project, which was presented along with Arup in January, envisions the construction of one of the most innovative stadiums in the world, open to the city and extremely functional. It will contain within itself a hotel, a school, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, walking paths in the green on the rooftop, exhibition space for young artists and other useful services to the citizens. The stadium will have about 50,000 seats and already many international companies are putting themselves forward for a commercial partnership.
