The III Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development "Open Innovations" and the Open Innovations Expo in 2014 were organized by Russia in partnership with the People's Republic of China. On 14 October the heads of governments of the two countries held a plenary session -"The Emerging Global Innovation Map: Closing the Gap Between Countries." International cooperation was also discussed during the event "Innovation Dialogue: Partners Interaction Over Innovation Policy".

On Monday, September 29, The AIRMALL at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) joined Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald and the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) for FLY2014, a special event that marked the 15th anniversary of the ACAA and celebrated the completion of a $10 million renovation that created a new retail core in the Center Core of the airport’s airside terminal. The acrobatic spectacular Zarkana by Cirque du Soleil unveiled its amped up production, including an artistic transformation and a remastered soundtrack, to a packed audience Friday, Feb. 28 at ARIA Resort & Casino. The show capped off its reimagined return today with the introduction of the show’s new aerial straps act. Aerialists Andrew and Kevin Atherton thrilled spectators as they performed outside ARIA’s porte cochere, while suspended 32’ in the air.

NASCAR will reveal a brand new creative vision – a campaign featuring more than two dozen drivers, with nine original spots in both English and Spanish.
