Çağlar boyunca tanrısal rehberlik sunduğunu iddia eden tüm insanlar gibi Muhammed'in de Kuran'da sunduğu üzre kendi sözlerinden başka hiçbir kanıtı yoktu. Dürüst olmak gerekirse bu sözler hiç de ikna edici değil. Benim inancım müslümanların kendilerini bu görmeye ikna edecekleri."
