The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia today announced the largest charitable donation in its history: a landmark $50 million gift from the Buerger family toward the construction of a new state-of-the-art outpatient facility. The Art Institutes and Americans for the Arts, the nation's leading nonprofit organization for advancing the arts and arts education, announced today that entries for the 2013 Poster Design Competition will be accepted through January 31, 2013. The Competition winners will earn tuition scholarships to study at one of the more than 50 Art Institutes schools, including a full tuition scholarship for the national first place winner in the high school senior category.
