Seventeen-year-old Cade is a fierce survivor, solo in the universe with her cherry-red guitar. Or so she thought. Her world shakes apart when a hologram named Mr. Niven tells her she was created in a lab in the year 3112, then entangled at a subatomic level with a boy named Xan. Cade’s quest to locate Xan joins her with an array of outlaws—her first friends—on a galaxy-spanning adventure. And once Cade discovers the wild joy of real connection, there’s no turning back. An app for hiding your private notes and photos on your phone! There are some things that you just want to keep private. While there are plenty of apps that let you store information on your phone, very few of them take their own steps to ensure the privacy of your information. Once a person gets past your lock screen, your life is wide open, including the private things you’ve saved for yourself.
With this app, you can access your private notes and photos by drawing your secret signature on the screen. No password prompts or buttons that would give away the existence of your secret area. Even your most private information remains safely locked away from prying eyes. You can store passwords, banking information, ID numbers, intimate photos and more. Only you can access the hidden content by drawing your signature shape anywhere on the screen. Once unlocked, your notes are readily available to you. Anyone that doesn’t know your signature will simply see a list of “dummy” public notes with zero indication that a password is even required. There is no password prompt. Only you know that a special signature is needed.

Just for fun, I decided to try recording my voice and I discovered that once again I can sing through my sound system and so I'm giving my vocoloid program a break as I am once again singing the lead vocal work. I still used my vocoloid program for the backup vocals to the chorus of this song .... I love collaborating with my computer .... Even if it does terminate my voice from time to time. As long as it doesn't try to terminate me because I'm the one who hold's the hammer ..... and the remote control.
Lyrics
July 2nd, it was 1994. A terminator come knocking upon my door.
I said "Whoa now son, what you got to give?" He said "Come with me if you want to live.
Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator, what you gonna terminate tonight?
I said "Son, we don't have to mess around here. I've got lots of whiskey and plenty of beer."
"Why don't you and I go take a ride in my limo?" He said "I'll be back, no problemo."
Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator, what you gonna terminate tonight?
So then I asked "Boy, you got yourself a name? Gotta call you something if we're gonna play this game."
"Shall I call you Maurice, Rick Nick or Rob?" He then shrugged his shoulders and replied "Uncle Bob?"
Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator, what you gonna terminate tonight?"
He terminated my whiskey. He terminated my rye. It all went down his hatchet, he said here's mud in my eye.
I said "Now son, you gonna pay this tab maybe?" He just grinned and said "Hasta La Vista Baby."
Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator. Hey Terminator, what you gonna terminate tonight?
Repeat chorus.

are plenty of things in our cars these days that can be distracting,
but what are the worst? We took the Attention Powered Car on the
world's longest inattention road test and we discovered that on average
our drivers lost attention at least once every minute. The Attention
Powered Car then headed back to the RAC Driving Centre where further
tests were conducted to investigate initial findings from the road
trip. In this new webisode we explore some of the different in car
distractions and the impact they can have on a driver's attention
levels. From mobile usage to eating and drinking, see the surprising
results on what are the worst in car distractions from our experiments.

A devastating invasive pest with no known natural predators threatens recreational areas, forests, and suburban and urban shade trees. Once a tree is infested, it must be removed, which is why the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has designated August as Tree Check Month to encourage the public to look for signs of a devastating invasive pest, the Asian longhorned beetle (ALB). The USDA is asking for help spreading the word about how the public can help save trees with a PSA TV spot, radio scripts, and print advertisements.

Once there was a time when men and women lived as equals, when girl babies were valued, and women could belong only to themselves. But that was ten generations ago. Now women are property, to be sold and owned and bred, while a strict census keeps their numbers manageable and under control. The best any girl can hope for is to end up as some man’s forever wife, but most are simply sold and resold until they’re all used up.
Aya has spent her whole life in the mountains, looking out for her family and hiding from the world, until the day the Trackers finally catch her.
The Glass Arrow is a haunting, yet hopeful, new novel from Kristen Simmons, the author of the popular Article 5 trilogy.

The Absurdimals are a group of hybrid animals here to shake up our perception of normal! They represent the changing faces of our society and encourage children to embrace their individuality, while respecting that of others.
Lola the Belephant is excited to go to school for the first time, until she finds out she’s not quite the same as the other animals. Treated like an outsider, and experiencing discrimination, Lola makes a fortunate – albeit accidental – run-in with Principal Hooves who tells her about the divided history of animals, and the simple truth that has since brought them all together.
Once Lola realizes that there is no such thing as being too different, she goes back to school with a renewed sense of confidence. In learning to accept and love herself for who she is, Lola inspires other “normal” animals to come forward, and embrace their own perceived absurdities, too!
