Lynn Napoli Marynowski and her younger brother Frank Napoli are as close as a big sister and little brother can be. They are an extension of their tight-knit family. From being raised together (along with a brother), to working together—Lynn has worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for 25 years and Frank 17 years—and, to this day, still living nearby each other, their parents and brother in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, Lynn and Frank share a close sibling connection. So, when Lynn was struck with the diagnosis of Stage 3 breast cancer back in June 2012, that road—no matter how long—would also be theirs to travel together.

The face – and hair – of CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY THERAPY™, Heidi Klum, rallied women at The Grove in Los Angeles, and across America, and invited them to join her and work at the right end of hair – the scalp. For years, women have been working at the ends of hair, rather than the foundation. Ninety-nine percent of hair’s natural strength and beauty comes from the scalp; CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY THERAPY™ nourishes the scalp and creates the right foundation for strong, beautiful hair from root to tip. In an effort to spread the message of working at the right end of hair, CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY THERAPY™ is calling attention to the “Right End” Hair Revolution – a movement that began last spring and is inspiring women to adopt a haircare regimen that starts with scalp nourishment.

I've been told that some of my songs in the past have a David Bowie quality to them and so I started thinking 2005 when I first started practicing how to sing sing. I would practice at the factory where I used to work at as no one could hear me with all the stamping presses running. That was until one day when I was practicing in a quieter welding area and not knowing that the idiot maintenance electrician was doing something on my welder until then popped his head out and uttered "Don't quit your daytime job." ..... Very original line ..... Well, I didn't exactly quit my job but the doors did close down there and since that time, I've been working hard to make this my daytime job. As always, hopefully this song will catch on and I'll acquire an audience who will just appreciate this song without asking for something in return ..... A guy can dream can't he? ... Maybe David can help me out on this one.

With an estimated 1.2 billion young people between the ages of 15 and 24, the vast majority of them living in developing countries, youth are both a policy and political priority for many countries around the world. These numbers represent major development challenges, but also great opportunity.
Youth are particularly vulnerable to economic problems. They often do not have access to savings accounts, credit, or insurance due to lack of education and employment. Governments are aware of this and many are working to make it easier for young people to access financial services so they can transition smoothly into adulthood.
