musical project was a little rushed, I decided to include footage of
myself training which contains old footage also. It was interesting
trying to produce music again and working on my video production
skills. Overall it was a good effort. *Vocal audio towards the end may not be heard on some systems* (NOTE:
some of the training methods used were all done in experimentation over
the years, so I decided to include some of the things I have done
whether effective or not)
Today, Futures Without Violence, in partnership with the Department of Justice, announced the launch of the first national campaign that will raise awareness, teach skills, and inspire public action to address children’s exposure to violence and childhood trauma. The multi-year “Changing Minds” campaign will motivate teachers, coaches, counselors, health professionals, law enforcement officers, and others who regularly interact with children to take meaningful action in supporting children who may be affected.
“Violence is far too prominent in our children’s lives, but it does not have to define their futures,” said former Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. “We can curb the effects of trauma and restore our young people to wholeness and health, giving them the chance they all deserve to pursue their dreams.”

Rafa spends a few hours working at the reception desk of a golf club in Majorca, serving surprised customers throughout the day – as one of the most famous sportspeople in the world, people understandably recognise him. When he’s asked if he’s Rafa Nadal he tries to bluff them and convince them that he’s not. The clip is filmed in a ‘hidden camera’ style.
