Bob Boonah is the dude who can really \\\'soccer-it to ya !\\\' Aside from the extremely dodgy accent & terrible yellow sweater, the Rembrandt reference is simply class & he\\\'ll certainly change the way you think about (or eat) tapas forever !

Melissa d’Arabian – celebrity chef, TV host and busy mother of four – and Dr. William Castelli – renowned cardiovascular specialist and former Director of the Framingham Heart study – announced today the launch of Get Real About Seafood, an educational campaign to raise awareness about the heart and brain health benefits of seafood and provide resources to help people eat a seafood-rich diet. On average, Americans eat about half the recommended 2 to 3 seafood servings each week due to a lack of understanding about health benefits and lack of confidence in selecting or preparing seafood. U-Haul, the industry leader in do-it-yourself moving and self-storage, has teamed with a beloved Motor City charity to help previously homeless families transition from shelters into clean, dignified and welcoming homes. Humble Design Fueled by U-Haul, as it is now termed, was born seven years ago out of the idea that decent families emerging from homelessness in Metro Detroit deserve to come home to basic necessities like tables to eat at, sofas to sit on and beds to sleep in each night. Co-founder Treger Strasberg’s organization has assisted more than 660 families so far. With the support of U-Haul, that number will swell exponentially while expanding this noble pursuit to additional cities. “The expertise, resources, national reach and community commitment of U-Haul make it a tremendous partner for Humble Design to take our mission nationwide to alleviate homelessness,” Strasberg said. “Working together, U-Haul and Humble Design will engage communities to serve families in need by turning houses into homes across the country.” To view the multimedia release go to: http://www.multivu.com/players/English/7907151-u-haul-humble-design-partners/

Finding time to eat well doesn’t mean you have to resort to eating out or going through the drive through during this busy fall season. New data analysis, supported in part by by Nestlé USA, indicates that people who reported dining on frozen meals ate fewer calories per day and consumed less saturated fat than those who reported eating fast food meals, also known as quick service restaurant (QSR) meals.1 The findings also showed that those who reported eating frozen meals consumed more essential nutrients than those who reported opting for fast food meals. The findings are based on a new analysis of data from the 2003-2010 What We Eat In America (WWEIA) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), a program of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). One reason many people are constipated is they don’t eat a lot of fiber. Most people only eat about 8 mg of fiber per day. To have good health and eliminate constipation, you need around 30- 35 mg of fiber. Eating bran to eliminate constipation is a good start in eating more fiber.
