UBS launched its first global brand campaign since 2009 today, reflecting the firm’s strategic transformation and future direction. Featuring a distinctive brand film as well as advertising with images by Annie Leibovitz, the campaign also refreshes the strong UBS brand with a contemporary look and feel. The external launch follows a three-month internal campaign that inspired unprecedented rates of employee engagement.
“The brand campaign is an expression of the successful strategic transformation UBS has undergone over the past four years,” said Sergio P. Ermotti, Group Chief Executive Officer. “Reflecting the strategic transformation through our branding gives us additional momentum.”

As part of National Preparedness Month, FEMA will be sending journalists information each week in September to help spread the word about how people and communities can better prepare for specific disasters before they strike.
As we mentioned in the FEMA news release dated September 1, 2015, each week will focus on a different type of disaster. The inaugural week highlights floods and the steps people and communities should take to better weather the storm when it strikes and recover more quickly once it has passed.

Triumph, the brand that has been listening to women for over 120 years, is pleased to announce the findings of its recent survey of over 10,000 women. The result of which has inspired the brand to make a commitment to support consumers in selecting the best fitting lingerie for them, dubbed ‘Stand Up for Fit’.
Previous to this survey, Triumph discovered there were a surprisingly high number of online searches each month on issues around bra size and set out to survey women in order to find out what issues were found when choosing their lingerie. Despite finding that concerns included comfort, shape and fit, all ranking in the top attributes when choosing lingerie, over 76% of these women admitted to wearing the wrong bra size.

Well, this certainly break's my 1 song per month rule. I can't help it. Halloween's got me by the Candy Apples. Normally, I create the music first and then I make a video for it later but I didn't want to go through my video madness routine at the very end and so I did a little bit of this and a little bit of that and got it all wrapped up together at the same time. I didn't have the opportunity to take the song out for a test drive as I always take a cruise with my bro and we listen to it in his car and then later I make some adjustments at home. Following a 16-month restoration, the new Tonga Village at the Polynesian Cultural Center opened Saturday, June 11, in a ceremony steeped in culture and celebration, highlighted by the presence of the Royal Family of Tonga.
His Majesty King Tupou VI, joined by his wife, Her Majesty Queen Nanasipauu, made a special trip to participate in the ceremony as a tribute to the people of Tonga and the spirit of the Tongan culture being perpetuated at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
King Tupou VI addressed the audience, praising the Polynesian Cultural Center for its dedication to showcase culture. “The Polynesian Cultural Center is a window the world can look through to understand lesser-known islands and their people,” said King Tupou VI. “The Tonga Village fosters pride in the cultural identity of our people and allows them to preserve and pass on that love to our younger generations.”

Determine the earliest date that your company can reasonably segregate participant deferrals from the general assets of the company and remit into the Plan, and document the company’s remittance process. 2. Follow what has been documented. 3. Check the remittance data throughout the year – this is crucial. According to DeAngelo, “Anything outside of the expected time frame could be considered a late remittance by the DOL and should be voluntarily corrected.” DeAngelo goes on to say that many benefit managers stumble on the perception that, according to the DOL, retirement plan remittances must be made “no later than the 15th business day of the following month.”
