It’s the eve of the twenty-second century: a world where the dearly departed send postcards back from Heaven and evangelicals make scientific breakthroughs by speaking in tongues; where genetically engineered vampires solve problems intractable to baseline humans and soldiers come with zombie switches that shut off self-awareness during combat. And it’s all under surveillance by an alien presence that refuses to show itself.
Daniel Bruks is trapped on a ship bound for the center of the solar system. To his left is a grief-stricken soldier, obsessed by whispered messages from a dead son. Auf grosser Tour durch den VRS mit dem Du Misch Auch-Ticket fuehrte der erste Teil in die Weinregion Ahrbrueck, Kreuzberg und Altenahr. Eigentlich liegen in der Ahrregion alle Staedte und Doerfer an der Bahnstrecke dicht beieinander, so dass man von Ahrbrueck bis Remagen Laufen kann, oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren kann, um jede Ecke an der Strecke zu sehen.

In Budapest, a woman driver takes her car out for a drive immediately after a flood, finding herself suddenly engulfed & stuck in a huge water puddle. Trying to get out, to no avail, her car is sunk & she eventually has to get out & start swimming.
