Wynn Las Vegas continues its excellence in luxury design with the distinctive new nightclub, Intrigue, which debuted at the resort on April 28.
The 14,000-square-foot venue designed by Architectural Digest Top 100 Designer, Roger Thomas, and his team at Wynn Design and Development, marks a departure from the resort’s other popular nightlife concepts to provide a more intimate and exclusive experience for guests.
“Being asked to reinvent a nightclub in the nightclub capital of the world is one of the most exciting assignments any designer can get,” said Thomas. “It’s been a thrill for our entire team to unleash our imaginations and have the opportunity to define new heights of glamour, drama and comfort.”

It was "standing room only" at Six Flags Great Adventure's premiere of the highly-anticipated, new, stand-up thrill coaster, GREEN LANTERN, based on the DC Comics' Super Hero. Standing 15 stories tall and reaching speeds of 63 mph, GREEN LANTERN ranks among the tallest and fastest roller coasters of its kind anywhere in the world.
Members of the media, roller coaster enthusiasts and families from Children's Miracle Network were on-hand for the launch of this epic thrill ride, which features more than three-quarters of a mile of twisting, green steel. Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast was introduced at Six Flags St. Louis today with St. Louis Cardinal and World Series MVP David Freese on-hand for the first official ride. Eighteen members of Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Louis joined Freese for the inaugural launch-ride on the park’s newest twist to one of its most popular thrill rides. Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast sends riders backwards through a 190-foot tunnel, into a 180-degree inversion, then climbs more than 200-feet in the air where they will find themselves suspended, dangling in the air, before repeating the entire chilling experience.
“I have been coming to Six Flags since I was a kid and the roller coasters have always been my favorite,” said Freese. “I was really excited to ride Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast. The backwards launch and experience of going up the tower facing straight down is a real rush.”

Thirty Elvis impersonators clad in white and red jumpsuits were the first riders to take to the skies this morning on Six Flags Great Adventure’s new, extreme swing ride, the 24-story SkyScreamer.
SkyScreamer is the cornerstone of the park’s newly-themed Adventure Alley, which offers guests a retro vibe and classic thrill attractions including Déjà Vu, a music-themed scrambler and Air Jumbo featuring whimsical flying elephants. New bumper cars, Fender Benders, will open in Adventure Alley in June.
