“I had my undergraduate degree in international business for just about seven years and I have always wanted to get my master’s degree. Nearly one in six Americans get foodborne illness every year. The U.S. Department of Agriculture reports that risk of foodborne illness increases during summer months as the weather warms (making food more susceptible to spoiling) and as more people cook and entertain outside. The USDA recommends four rules for summer food safety: clean, separate, cook and chill.
