The Shaolin Kungfu Staff is one of the oldest traditional weapons used by the Shaolin Monks. Practise requires forms, partner exercises and some sparring with protective gear. Master of the Chinese martial arts Douwe Geluk from Apeldoorn city in the Netherlands participated in the Flemish Open Martial Arts Championships in Aarschot City, Belgium. This event was organised by the Vlaamse Wu Shu Federatie, Jurgen van Horenbeek and Said Belabed.
Master Douwe Geluk participated in the internal martial arts category and in this video you can see some of his Tai Chi Chuan skills he displayed at the contests.
Lin Kuei Jitsu is a martial art that has modern as classical concepts in it. This martial arts style was founded by Sensei Titus Mathijn Jansen a Koga Ryu Ninja and master in the art of Koga Ryu Ninjutsu. Sensei Titus Jansen is also very famous because of his martial arts background and his experience. He runs a bigg martial arts school in the Netherlands under the name Kage Ryu Dojo. Lin Kuei Jitsu is his own martial art and in this video he is showing some Lin Kuei Jitsu selfdefense techniques to the public. Lin Kuei Jitsu als has some elements of Koga Ryu Ninjutsu in it.
