A 30-second public service announcement urges Sandy victims to be alert to potential fraud schemes by contractors who are only looking to take their money while doing shoddy repairs or no repairs at all. Victims are advised to avoid pressure tactics and contractors going door to door. “If you didn’t request it, reject it.” People who suspect that they’re being scammed can call 1-800-TEL-NICB to report it.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL) today announced an agreement with Miami-Dade County to construct and operate a dramatic new cruise terminal at PortMiami, on land leased from the County. The new terminal will be a striking addition to PortMiami, and will serve as homeport to Royal Caribbean International ships, including a 5,400-passenger Oasis-class ship, the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ships. The agreement will come before the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners on July 6, 2016.
“We are truly excited to be working with Miami-Dade County and PortMiami to create not just another cruise terminal, but a truly iconic building,” said Richard Fain, chairman and CEO for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. “This new terminal is a symbol of our commitment to Miami, the city where our company first started almost 50 years ago. Pretty much the kitchen sink with everything that I've been learning since listening to Electronic, Ambient and Dub-step music to put together my home made Electronic stew with just a pinch of paprika. If you don't like it, I won't force feed you like I do my goldfish. They can just float on their backs and play dead like my hamsters do. All the more fish food for me. However, if you do like this, I would recommend it with sushi or a can of high grade pork and beans. This song contains no automation, digital by-products or artificial flavors. Everything was made here from scratch...even the scratching. Alright, It's now baked, brewed, simmered and ready to serve. "Bon Appétit ...Oui, oui"....That's french for...???....Oui, oui.

Also know as a Bradford Press this exercise is one of several that target your shoulders. It's a good exercise for beginners because you are seated on the chair and have back support which helps you to maintian the correct posture and form throughout the exercise.
As with all free weight exercises it's best to have a spotter to reduce the risk on injury especially as you move up in weight.
If you are just starting out make sure you perform the exercise with the proper technique at a lower weight before you increase the weight. I can't stress enough the importance of proper technique with all weight training exercises including the Rocky Press.
