Zhang Xinyuan, born in Wuhan, Hubei Province, graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in 2012, BA of
performance. In 2008, her self-made images ignited online communities in China. Heavy-eyebrowed and flame-lipped,
but also chaste and ethereal, her images are both polarized and harmonious, no wonder they received so explosive
acclaiming and spreading.
From then on, Zhang Xinyuan becomes a fashion icon and favored by various media and industries, her images even

Remington was the brand of choice for achieving the nautical-inspired hair look developed by Teddy Charles at the LUCA LUCA S/S 2011 runway show. Raul Melgoza, the Creative Director for LUCA LUCA, collaborated with Charles, an industry trend-setter and fixture at fashion shows worldwide, to create the style. To complement the breezy, ethereal style of the spring collection, a twisted updo was given a textured edge and softened by face framing strands. Educational documentary study in Switzerland. IMI University Centre selected in 2009 by British film studio to promote education abroad for the Chinese market. Most audio is in English with Chinese Subtitles. The movie is about the beauty of Switzerland, specifically Lucerne as an ideal educational hub for studies abroad at highest level. Thanks to IMI student Monika to play the main role.
The Art Institutes schools are dedicated to providing students with hands-on, real-world education, in- and outside of the classroom. With a career-focused curriculum, experienced faculty and a range of community-based projects, students test their ideas against the needs of the real world.
One unique example is Student Studio: Bonnaroo. In partnership with the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, students from several Art Institutes schools are producing projects to make their creative mark on this year’s festival, June 9-12. The assignment was to create 15 student projects across all four areas of study at The Art Institutes: design, media arts, fashion and culinary.
