The Beatles LOVE, the powerful Cirque du Soleil production that celebrates the musical legacy of The Beatles, will be commemorating four years of captivating audiences on June 30, 2010.
In celebration of the show’s anniversary, four cast members from LOVE traveled to Niagara Falls earlier this week to join Ringo Starr at the launch of his upcoming North American concert tour. Edison Peña, the Chilean miner who became popular worldwide as a major Elvis fan, visited Las Vegas January 10-12 to experience Viva ELVIS by Cirque du Soleil and ARIA Resort & Casino at CityCenter. Cirque du Soleil presented a wholly unique and exclusive performance for the 84th Academy Awards on Oscar Sunday, February 26. The one-time-only event featured the largest Cirque cast ever assembled for a single act.
More than 50 international artists from Cirque du Soleil productions around the world converged in Los Angeles to bring the dynamic showcase to life. The world leader in artistic entertainment will create a total of eight original shows exclusively available on MSC Cruises’ Meraviglia generation ships, coming into service between June 4, 2017 – with MSC Meraviglia – and Fall 2020.

MSC Cruises has revealed today details of the two new Cirque du Soleil at Sea shows that are being created specifically for MSC Bellissima. The breath-taking shows will be called SYMA – Sail beyond Imagination and VARÉLIA – Love in Full Color and will be available exclusively to MSC Bellissima guests, following her launch in March 2019.
The long-term partnership between MSC Cruises and Cirque du Soleil first began in 2013 and has since set new standards in live entertainment at sea. The partnership, in total, will result in eight original shows that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world, exclusively on MSC Cruises’ Meraviglia generation ships coming into service between 2017 and 2020. MSC Meraviglia was the first ship to debut the new Cirque du Soleil at Sea concept with the launch of the two shows VIAGGIO and SONOR last June. Work is already underway for MSC Grandiosa, launching in November 2019, and MSC Virtuosa, launching October 2020.

Cast members from The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil, Southwest Airlines and McCarran International Airport joined together today to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The Beatles’ historic Las Vegas arrival in 1964. In celebration of the band’s first and only visit, cast members from LOVE took the same route the Fab Four did 50 years ago by taking a Southwest flight from San Francisco to Las Vegas while travelers arriving from all over the globe were treated to surprise performances from the critically acclaimed show inside McCarran’s Terminal 1 baggage claim.
