Last night, Las Vegas’ most buzzed-about new production MAGIC MIKE LIVE celebrated its opening night at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with a star-studded performance in its custom designed showroom, Club Domina. The show, based on the hit films Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL and conceived and co-directed by Channing Tatum, brought audiences to its feet on the first night of its open-ended run in Las Vegas.
Following the show, the cast and creative team returned to the stage for an encore performance of Fatman Scoop’s “Be Faithful,” joined by the show’s co-director and producer Channing Tatum and wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Tatum then shared a few words with the packed venue, thanking the crowd and friends and family in attendance for joining the cast and creative team for their highly-anticipated opening night performance.

More than 30 years after the cult
television series The Love Boat filmed a special Australia episode in
Sydney, the show's popular Captain Stubing has released a fun video
about his latest tour Down Under, revealing he still loves to be at the
helm. With his visit timed to coincide with the romance
around St Valentine's Day, actor Gavin MacLeod, who played Captain
Stubing on the popular 70's show, visited Australia and New Zealand in

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, has implemented an internal customer satisfaction scoring system aimed at measuring the overall experience of its home loan origination process.
The internal customer satisfaction score that Vanderbilt has created is a metric calculated from surveyed responses by customers within two weeks of funding their loan. The customers are asked to give a score ranging from zero to 10 on how likely they are to recommend Vanderbilt Mortgage to family and friends based on their home loan origination experience.
“We want to be transparent about the feedback we receive from our customers,” said Eric Hamilton, president of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. “Continuously listening to customers’ needs in order to improve is our top priority. Abbott announced today the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval and launch of the iDesign Advanced WaveScan Studio System. The system acts as the "brain" of the LASIK procedure, generating a high-definition scan that measures and maps irregularities of the eye that may impact vision. From these measurements, the iDesign System creates an accurate and personalized LASIK treatment plan based on the unique "blueprint" of each person’s eyes.
The iDesign System captures more than 1,200 micro readings of the eye, as well as identifying the shape of the cornea, its curvature, how light passes through the eye and pupil diameter under different lighting conditions – all in one, three-second scan that can be used to precisely correct vision.
The development of the sensor technology within the iDesign System was the result of an earlier discovery by Abbott scientists, which NASA used to accurately measure and shape the mirrors in the James Webb Space Telescope to ensure it will transmit high resolution images of deep space back to earth. The telescope is scheduled to launch in 2018.
