bareMinerals® unleashes ridiculously glowy skin this January with the launch of their new SKINSORIALS™ Skincare line and hero product SkinLongevity™ Vital Power Infusion—a first of its kind lightweight serum essence designed to reawaken and help maintain skin’s most vibrant look of health.
As the leading foundation brand in the US, bareMinerals continually challenges convention by dedicating themselves to creating healthier makeup alternatives to help transform the appearance of women’s skin. Now, they’re expanding their complexion obsession with a skincare line that challenges the traditional approach to aging, and reflects bareMinerals’ beauty philosophy: that HEALTHY skin is beautiful skin.
“I believe it’s time to focus on making healthy choices every single day that energize you and make you look and feel incredibly vibrant, radiant and beautiful,” explains Leslie Blodgett, Creator of bareMinerals. “Until now, the conversation around skincare has always been about reversing the aging process, and anti-aging. That thinking is outdated. It’s time to make feeling beautiful the goal.”

A historic day for AC Milan and Milan. Fondazione Fiera has decided that the winning project for the redevelopment of the old trade fair is the one of AC Milan. The decision made yesterday is the first step, but the dream of the Vice President and CEO Barbara Berlusconi to build a new stadium could soon become reality.
The project, which was presented along with Arup in January, envisions the construction of one of the most innovative stadiums in the world, open to the city and extremely functional. It will contain within itself a hotel, a school, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, walking paths in the green on the rooftop, exhibition space for young artists and other useful services to the citizens. The stadium will have about 50,000 seats and already many international companies are putting themselves forward for a commercial partnership.

More than 15 percent of reproductive-aged women have filled a prescription for an antidepressant medication during the years 2008–2013, according to a new analysis published today in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR).
January is National Birth Defects Prevention Month and the CDC is working with the March of Dimes to raise awareness about the use of antidepressant medications by women of reproductive age, and what women should know and do for their own health and that of their babies. There is conflicting evidence about the potential link between some antidepressants and certain birth defects. Some commonly used antidepressants are sertraline (Zoloft), bupropion (Wellbutrin, Zyban), and citalopram (Celexa).

Five international apprentices visited global construction and mining equipment manufacturer XCMG's headquarters in Xuzhou, China for a one-week immersive XCMG Apprentice Program from January 18 to 24.
The program was the company's first time bringing global apprentices to China; five apprentices from the United States, Brazil, Russia, Kenya and Pakistan stood out from a global selection.
The participants came from different backgrounds but shared the same interest towards the construction and machinery industry. In addition to the comprehensive tour led by XCMG employees that included visits to the crane assembly factory and Asia's largest vibration and noise lab, as well as engaging activities like operating excavators, the apprentices also acted as their mentors' assistants, learning about the state-of-the-art technologies in construction machineries through a day's work.
"XCMG has a keen focus on cultivating talents and encouraging communication through educational programs like XCMG Apprentice, which has introduced XCMG's technological and innovational achievements to the international community," said Wang Min, chairman and president of XCMG.
