Grove and Alex Jones from Info Wars seem to be inseparable whenever the
topic of conspiracies come up in conversation. I saw a show called Brad
Meltzer's Decoded on The History Channel with an episode about the
Grove in California. I had heard of it but not familiar with the
secrets and conspiracies surrounding the place and it's members.
Likewise with Jones, I had heard of him but that was about it. Ten
minutes into this show, I was hooked! I couldn't believe I didn't know
more about this story being the sucker that I am for a good conspiracy
theory. After watching the entire show and becoming fixated on the
story, I also watched the Alex Jones documentary

The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Ad Council were joined today by Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to launch a new series of Spanish-language public service advertisements (PSAs) encouraging Americans to take steps to prepare for emergencies. The PSAs were launched as part of National Preparedness Month and direct viewers to Listo.gov, the Spanish-language extension of Ready.gov. According to a recent Ad Council survey, nearly six in ten Hispanic Americans have not taken steps to prepare for an emergency.

Walmart today announced the results of the “Walmart Class of 2012 Back-to-School Survey,” which revealed that 76 percent of moms with children in kindergarten to 12th grade consider back-to-school a time for a fresh start over Jan. 1 – in fact, nine out of ten moms make back-to-school “resolutions” in preparation for the year ahead. With 78 percent of moms planning to get organized this new school year, Walmart today launched Classrooms by Walmart, an online compilation of thousands of classroom supply lists representing schools in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., making it easier for moms to get their back-to-school supplies online and in Walmart stores.

A ten-month clinical trial at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia has determined that hard surfaces and linens infused with copper oxide compounds contributed to an 83% reduction in C-difficile and a 78% overall reduction in a host of multi-drug resistant organisms (MDROs) including C-diff, MRSA and VRE in a real-world clinical environment. These results occurred in a hospital with a robust protocol for managing infection risk certified by the health care accrediting body DNV-GL Healthcare.
The results of the trial were published in the peer-reviewed American Journal of Infection Control on Sept. 28, 2016 and will be presented at the annual conference of the Infectious Disease Society of America in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 27, 2016.

Audi hat heute im ungarischen Györ ein neues Kapitel in seiner Erfolgsgeschichte aufgeschlagen. Zusammen mit dem ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orban gaben Prof. Dr. Martin Winterkorn, Chef des Volkswagen-Konzerns, und Rupert Stadler, Chef des Audi-Konzerns, den offiziellen Startschuss für die Serienproduktion der Audi A3 Limousine und eröffnetem damit gleichzeitig die jetzt ausgebaute, hochmoderne Fertigungsstätte. Auf einer Fläche von mehr als zwei Millionen Quadratmetern hat Audi damit innerhalb von zwei Jahren eine vollständige Produktion mit Presswerk, Karosseriebau, Lackiererei und Montage errichtet. Mit der Werkserweiterung wurden 2.100 zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze geschaffen, so dass die Belegschaft in dem damals ersten Audi-Standort außerhalb Deutschlands die Belegschaft auf über 9.000 Menschen angewachsen ist. Insgesamt 15.000 Menschen leben somit künftig direkt oder indirekt von dem Audi-Werk.

The American Le Mans Series reports it reduced its petroleum usage by nearly 50 percent in its most recent race.
Series president Scott Atherton delivered the message today to journalists and government officials in Washington at the National Press Club. “Ten days ago at Road America, renewable fuel use by our race cars reduced petroleum consumption by 48 percent compared to traditional all-petroleum racing fuel,” Atherton said. “According to the Department of Energy, if such a result was translated to the U.S. vehicle fleet, the nation could decrease imported oil dependency by half, saving $175 billion every year inside our economy.”
