Over 200 public relations and communications professionals gathered at the St Pancras Renaissance hotel in central London to hear Doug Wills, Managing Editor of the London Evening Standard give a talk on the recent changes at the paper, its long term plans and insights into the future of the newspaper publishing industry.
The evening event hosted by PR Newswire and CorpComms Magazine brought together two great London icons - The London Evening Standard and the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel (formerly The Midland Grand) a magnificent Gothic building that was opened by Queen Victoria in 1873, left to ruin and now painstakingly restored to stand proudly as one of London’s most stunning architectural offerings.
