For 36 years, thousands of people have gathered at the yearly celebration along the gulf coast of Texas; a place known for thirsty mosquitoes, biting ants and other persnickety pests.
To the group at Tec Labs it sounded like the perfect place to get credible feedback on their innovative new product. So they hired a professional camera crew, grabbed some cases of Tecnu Bites & Stings and left the humidity-free confines of Oregon and headed to the land of cowgirls and Texas tea.
As the camera rolled, the video crew got some wonderful feedback from a great mix of people. The goal was to get honest and straightforward reactions and that’s exactly what occurred. FedEx Office and eBay have teamed up to bring the eBay Valet Drop-Off Program to more than 1,600 FedEx Office retail stores, making it easier for consumers to sell items online and earn money. With kids back in school and the holiday season right around the corner, now is the perfect time to clear the home of items no longer needed, such as electronics, small appliances, sporting goods and more to make some extra money. According to a recent survey by the National Retail Federation, the average household has more than 50 extra or unused items worth more than $3,000, if sold on eBay.
The eBay Valet Drop-Off Program is designed to make selling items as simple as possible. Customers bring their items to the nearest participating FedEx Office location. Once in the store, trained FedEx Office team members can help set up an eBay account from an in-store tablet or log in to an existing account. They will then vet items to ensure they can be sold on eBay. FedEx Office then packs and ships items to the nearest eBay Valet processing center where they will be listed and sold. Once the item sells, customers receive payment via PayPal, with updates and notifications throughout the process.

A lawsuit is currently pending claiming that Astellas Pharma US, Inc. (“Astellas” or “Defendant”) violated state antitrust, unfair competition, consumer protection, and unjust enrichment laws of certain states by delaying the availability of a less expensive generic version of the immunosuppressant prescription drug Prograf® (known as tacrolimus). Plaintiffs allege that Defendant’s conduct caused some consumers and third party payors to pay too much for Prograf in certain states from September 3, 2008 to December 31, 2010 (also referred to as the “Class Damage Period”). This lawsuit does not claim that Prograf is unsafe or ineffective. Astellas denies any wrongdoing.

More than 30 real Nordstrom customers were photographed in Los Angeles, Nashville and Seattle and are featured in the national campaign that was produced in partnership with creative agency Partners & Spade.
“This holiday, we want to remember and thank the people who are most special to us at Nordstrom – our customers,” said Nordstrom Vice President of Creative Projects Olivia Kim. “We reached out to our employees and asked them to share some of their favorite customer stories. We met with as many people as we could, asked them to bring along some of the things that make up their signature style and took photos of them. The first all-new 2017 Subaru Impreza rolled off the assembly line at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA), officially launching the first-ever American-built Impreza from the automaker. The Impreza had historically been produced only in Japan. The start of Impreza production marks the culmination of more than three years of preparation and highlights the consistent growth in Subaru demand in the United States (U.S.). The positive economic impact of that growth is clear in the investment Subaru made to increase SIA’s production capacity and prepare for Impreza production. SIA invested $1.3 billion over the past four years, and hired an additional 1,400 associates in the past year.
