is a Canadian-Ukrainian duo delivering an eclectic, harmonious
potpourri of sublime resonance, beats and rhythm. McLarnon’s delicate
airy gossamer-like vocals are often compared to Liz Fraser (Cocteau
Twins) with glimmers of Stereolab, The Sundays, Curve, Nathalie
Merchant and Slowdive. Kretov's spellbinding guitar, vocals, synths,
beats, programming & effects create soundscapes with elements of
Pink Floyd Peter Gabriel to help you take flight.Ummagma
won the 2013 Alternative Eurovision from 21 countries, and picked up 2
awards at the Australian Independent Music Video Awards. This duo has
regularly featured in The Scottish New Music Chart and had a full-page
feature in Rolling Stone Russia.http://www.facebook.com/ummagmahttp://www.soundcloud.com/ummagmahttp://www.youtube.com/ummagmahttp://twitter.com/ummagma
Click: http://www.codyjoehodges.com Country Music has been around for a long time, but the Country way of life has been around a lot longer. When I think of “Country”, I think of holding onto things passed down, going to Grandma and Grandpa’s on Sundays to watch TV and socialize as a family, playing Kick the Can with anyone who could still run, picking a guitar under an old oak tree surrounded by farm land, but more importantly ~ family. If you are a country music fan, it has more than likely influenced your life and to many, a large part of it. Country music to me is about the good stuff, telling stories, and life in general. Not making a political statement, but I would like to see Country Music take a step closer to its roots… even if only a small step.
Worship songs seem to be all the same?
A time is coming where true worshippers will worship the Father in the Spirit and Truth!
Have you ever noticed lately that most if not all church service worship music is mostly a clone of the same type of beat from church to church? Here is a different spin!
The drums are predominantly the loudest instrument and then it might be the guitar that is blaring loud and the bass beat that will drown you into being death for sure!
