His background is unique and diverse ... military instructor, attorney, motivational speaker, wellness coach, certified corporate trainer, certified personal trainer and weight loss coach.
Bob is known as the Health Colonel and is a motivational speaker on topics of leadership skill training, team building, sales, fitness, nutrition, health, wellness and the importance of interrelationships of people. His experiences in the Army Reserve have given him excellent leadership skill training which he shares enthusiastically with his audiences.
In addition to his speaking engagements, Bob is also presently writing a book on health and wellness. His burning desire is to help others lead healthier and happier lives. He has just completed an audio book titled Seven Keys to Permanent Weight Loss which is the first of a series titled Walk the Talk - See the Results and plans to publish the series in print.

Theo also hosted the hit Fuse show Pants Off, Dance Off, and had television roles on Law And Order SVU, Third Watch and more. She also appeared on VH1\'s The Metal Years and My First Time. She also did motion capture for the new game by the makers of Guitar Hero called Rockband. Characters in the game are based on her movement! Roadside Romeo is a forthcoming Bollywood animated film that will have Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor lend their voices to animated characters for the first time. Written and directed by debutante Jugal Hansraj, who acted in films such as Mohabbatein (2000) and Salaam Namaste (2005), this will be the first animated film that is an India-U.S. co-production of Yash Raj Films and Walt Disney Pictures.
