Professional Photographers of America (PPA) is inviting the world to watch live action of the annual International Photographic Competition International Photographic Competition (IPC) from August 4-7. The current student loan debt crisis in the U.S. is real. Total student loan debt currently stands at more than $1.16 trillion.
