The current student loan debt crisis in the U.S. is real. Total student loan debt currently stands at more than $1.16 trillion. And, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, student loans represent the highest amount of delinquent debt compared to all other forms of household debt, including mortgages, auto loans, and credit cards.
Gaining a college education has long been among the most important first steps towards obtaining a happy and prosperous life. The reality, however, is that most college graduates are starting their adult life deep in debt, and feeling stressed and completely unprepared to manage their financial lives. Starting this May, homeowners in Stockholm can access pay-per-use power tools for the garden, eliminating the need to maintain and store hedge trimmers, chainsaws and other tools that are used less frequently. The project is a pilot, and part of Husqvarna’s commitment to explore innovative and sustainable solutions for taking care of gardens and green spaces.
The Husqvarna Battery Box, is a "smart", 8x3 meter, unattended container with 30 electronic lockers that store battery powered garden care products. Via an iPhone app, homeowners can reserve tools, get instructions, pay, and open the locker to pick up their pre-booked power tool. The "box" will be placed at Bromma Blocks, a shopping center 15 min west of Stockholm city. Renting a garden care product will cost 350 SEK a day (approx 35 Euros or 38 USD).

GAC Motor has officially kicked off a wetland ambassador program (“the Program”) in Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve (SNNR), the newest program to come from the three-year eco-conservation partnership among GAC Motor, SNNR and World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
The Program aims to perform wildlife surveys, educational tours, help local NGOs and visit communities to encourage more people to support eco-conservation and sustainable development.

A volunteer team from GAC Motor’s wetland ambassador program (“the Program”) has successfully concluded the July tour to Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve (SNNR), where they travelled to the Donggi Conag Lake to conduct biodiversity survey with ecologists from World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
In the three-day field survey, the team joined by media representatives documented the distribution and number of plateau wildlife species such as goa, bharal and yellow-billed teal and observed the plantation, hydrography, atmosphere and sunlight. The data will be used to evaluate habitat conditions and threat levels to help make future conservation plans.
