Global health service company Cigna has added three new programs to the free Coach by Cigna health and fitness app, featuring coaching tips from The Fit Bottomed Girls for The Anti-Diet, Loving Yourself and Top to Bottom fitness.
The Coach by Cigna app puts health and fitness programs in the palm of your hand, with instructional videos and support from health coaches to help you focus on improving in five integrated areas: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and weight management.

For the tenth consecutive year, The Capital Grille today launched its highly anticipated wine event, The Generous Pour. This year, guests are invited to taste and toast the legacy of renowned winemaker Dan Duckhorn. With wines hand selected to pair with the restaurant’s signature menu items, including hand-cut steaks, dry aged in-house, the tasting experience offers seven selections of classic California and Washington varietals, all created by Dan Duckhorn and his award-winning winemakers. Of the selections is the Goldeneye Rosé of Pinot Noir making its exclusive debut at this year’s event. The Generous Pour is available for $28 from July 9 through September 2, 2018, when paired with dinner.
“Dan Duckhorn’s continuous pursuit to produce world class wines within the Napa Valley and beyond has become a legendary story in the wine world,” said Brian Phillips, The Capital Grille’s Advanced Sommelier. “We are excited to feature some of the most highly coveted wines of the world this summer, creating an exceptional tasting experience when paired with our signature menu items.
