Beim großen Golf GTI-Treffen am Wörthersee enthüllte Audi seinen TT ultra quattro concept - eine Technikstudie, die minimales Gewicht und maximale Sportlichkeit vereint. Diese Sportlichkeit bekamen die Fans auch von der breiten Palette der High-Performance-Cars geboten. Neben dem legendären Sport quattro S1 standen aktuelle RS-Modelle und reinrassige Rennboliden zur Schau. Und auch der Audi R18 e-tron quattro war am See dabei. Im Mittelpunkt des Audi-Auftritts stand aber das TT ultra quattro concept. Das Showcar vereint schlanke 1.111 Kilogramm Gesamtgewicht mit einem 2.0 TFSI-Motor, dessen 228 kW/310 PS und 400 Nm leichtes Spiel mit dem Coupé haben. Aus dem Stand katapultiert sich der TT ultra quattro concept in 4,2 Sekunden auf 100 km/h. Sein Leistungsgewicht von 3,6 kg/PS liegt auf dem Niveau reinrassiger Supersportwagen. Und es lohnt sich auch der Blick ins Detail, schließlich macht das Konzeptauto den automobilen Leichtbau sichtbar. Schon das aktuelle Serienauto mit einem Karosserie-Gewicht von nur 206 Kilogramm plus 98 Kilogramm für die Anbauteile ist ein Beleg für die hohe Leichtbau-Kompetenz von Audi. Für die Karosserie des Wörthersee-Showcars haben die Ingenieure aus Ingolstadt und Neckarsulm den Audi Space Frame (ASF) der aktuellen TT-Generation konsequent weiterentwickelt und die Karosseriestruktur noch einmal um 43 Kilogramm abgespeckt. Zusammen mit den optimierten Anbauteilen ergeben sich 100 Kilogramm Gewichtseinsparung. Die Kombination aus Leichtigkeit und Sportlichkeit spiegelt sich auch in der Optik wieder. Im Vergleich zum Serienmodell haben die Audi Designer die Konturen des Showcars noch einmal deutlich gestrafft. Mit seinen großen Spoilern stellt der TT ultra quattro concept seine Motorsport-Gene zur Schau. So ist der Fuß des Heckflügels als tragendes Bauteil aus gefrästem Aluminium gefertigt, der Flügel als funktionales Element hingegen aus sichtbarem Carbon. Zu den weiteren Highlights am Wörthersee zählte der neue Audi RS 6 Avant. Das Hochleistungsmodell der quattro GmbH bietet mehr Effizienz und stärkere Fahrleistungen bei verringertem Gewicht. Und natürlich durfte auch der neue RS 7 Sportback fehlen. Sein starkes Herz ist ebenfalls der 4.0 TFSI V8 Biturbo. Die Leistung von 412 kW / 560 PS liegt im Bereich von 5.700 bis 6.600 Umdrehungen an. Zwischen 1.750 und 5.500 1/min sind konstant 700 Nm Drehmoment verfügbar. Neben dem raketenartigen Schub ist der Sound ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Fahrerlebnisses: Auf Tastendruck und beim kräftigen Gas geben sorgen schaltbare Klappen in der Abgasanlage für einen noch volleren Klang, optional montiert Audi eine Sport-Abgasanlage. Ebenso auf dem Audi Stand präsentierte sich der neue Audi RS Q3 als erstes RS-Modell in der erfolgreichen Q Familie. Es ist das vierte Modell, das die quattro GmbH in diesem Jahr auf den Markt bringen wird. Mit dem 2.5 TFSI-Motor, der mit einer Spitzenleistung von 228 kW /310 PS aufwartet, steckt ein preisgekrönter Hochleistungsmotor unter der Haube des RS Q3.
Audi hat heute im ungarischen Györ ein neues Kapitel in seiner Erfolgsgeschichte aufgeschlagen. Zusammen mit dem ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orban gaben Prof. Dr. Martin Winterkorn, Chef des Volkswagen-Konzerns, und Rupert Stadler, Chef des Audi-Konzerns, den offiziellen Startschuss für die Serienproduktion der Audi A3 Limousine und eröffnetem damit gleichzeitig die jetzt ausgebaute, hochmoderne Fertigungsstätte. Auf einer Fläche von mehr als zwei Millionen Quadratmetern hat Audi damit innerhalb von zwei Jahren eine vollständige Produktion mit Presswerk, Karosseriebau, Lackiererei und Montage errichtet. Insgesamt investierten die Ingolstädter mehr als 900 Millionen Euro in Infrastruktur, Bau und innovative Fertigungsanlagen. „Mit dem Ausbau unseres Werkes hier in Györ hat sich Audi Hungaria zu einem bedeutenden Standbein unseres weltweiten Produktionsnetzwerks entwickelt“, sagte Rupert Stadler. „Damit verfolgen wir konsequent unsere Wachstumsstrategie und stärken unsere internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Voraussetzung, um unser Ziel zu erreichen, bis 2020 die führende Premium-Marke zu werden.“ Audi Hungaria, dessen Gründung der ebenfalls bei der Feierstunde anwesende Professor Ferdinand Piech angestoßen hatte, feiert in diesem Jahr zudem noch sein 20jähriges Bestehen. Seit dem Start in 1993 entwickelte sich der Standort zum größten Motorenproduzenten der Welt und liefert inzwischen seine Triebwerke an Marken aus dem gesamten Volkswagen-Konzern. In 1998 kam dann die Auto-Montage von den Modellen TT Coupé und TT Roadster hinzu. Mit dem Ausbau folgt nun der dritte Schritt – die komplette Produktion eines Autos, wobei die Jahreskapazität bei 125.000 Einheiten liegt. Mit der Werkserweiterung wurden 2.100 zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze geschaffen, so dass die Belegschaft in dem damals ersten Audi-Standort außerhalb Deutschlands die Belegschaft auf über 9.000 Menschen angewachsen ist. Insgesamt 15.000 Menschen leben somit künftig direkt oder indirekt von dem Audi-Werk.
Nach dem bereits Anfang Oktober im Staat Washington ist jetzt der nächste Tesla diesmal in Mexico in Flammen aufgegangen. Wie ein Internet-Video dokumentiert, war das Fahrzeug vom Typ Model S zuvor bei einem schweren Unfall beschädigt worden. „Bereits Anfang des Monats hatte ja ein Tesla-Brand in den USA für Aufsehen gesorgt. Bei dem dortigen Unfall hatte ein Metallstück ein knapp acht Zentimeter langes Loch in die Armierung eines der 15 flüssigkeitsgekühlten Akkumodule des Model S gerissen und damit den Brand ausgelöst, der gelöscht werden konnte, noch bevor er die Fahrgastzelle erreichte. Aufgrund der politisch bedingten “Auszeit” vieler Behörden in den USA kam die Verkehrsbehörde NHTSA erst vor wenigen Tagen dazu, sich um den Brand im Staat Washington zu kümmern.
Warum Audi derzeit sein neues S3 Cabriolet im zwar für die Jahreszeit viel zu warmen, aber dennoch schneebedeckten schwedischem Östersund-Äre präsentiert, weiß niemand. Zumindest wird aber damit bewiesen - es ist wintertauglich und lässt sich dank permanentem Allradantrieb und damit optimaler Traktion bei allen Straßenverhältnissen sicher bewegen. Hätte man aber auch in den französischen Seealpen geglaubt, wo man die Fahrdynamik des Viersitzers auch auf für Cabrios typischere Strecken hätte erleben können. Schon optisch macht das Audi S3 Cabriolet eine sportliche Figur. In der Länge misst es 4,43 Meter, im Radstand 2,60 Meter, in der Breite 1,79 Meter und in der Höhe 1,39 Meter. Well here's the scoop on this poop ...... My Windows crashed on my main PC and I had lost all of my studio programs a few months back ..... I was focused on creating more pop orientated songs such as what I've been doing for 2017 but all of my vocal songs are still missing vital audio pluggins to continue on with them ..... I've now upgraded from FL 7 to FL 10 and I've got my studio program back but I'll need to work with it more to create new vocal material .... In the meantime, I'm composing new Electronic music with my FL 10 and I have a couple of monster size Electronic tunes created from my FL 7 but I'm still shying away from making videos for them and uploading them to here ...... So what I have here is a project that I was working on with my 7 version but it's also lacking the pluggins for me to go the full route with it ...... What inspired me to do this was after watching Youtube videos of rock songs being spliced together, most likely by university students with an engineering degree and I figured that I could probably do a better job with my old school methods ..... perseverance and a good hammer and nail ..... What I'd like to add to this description was that 4 months back, I had made this comment to a fellow MUSICIAN ??? ...... Youtuber who had just put together a mashup that took him a whole 5 hours to create ...... "A world's record from what I've seen around here" ...... My comment to him pretty much describes what I have here .....

I'm doing the impossible right now of mashing up classic rock tunes with me accompanying them ..... I started off with Space Truckin .... The problem with this work is that they're not Electronic tunes and so they have no digital BPM .... I have to take my best guess as bands often speed up or slow down .... I added Smoke On The Water by speeding up the track and raising the pitch up 2 steps and then Strange Kind Of Woman which is in 3/4 timing and then Lazy over Space Trucking to Daft Punk's Robot Rock to Chicago's version of I'm A man to Alvin Lee's Going Home to Van Halen's I'm The One to the Stones Around and Around to Sympathy For The Devil mixed in with April Wine's Could Have Been A lady and now I'm gonna try to work in Aerosmith's guitar riff to Walk This Way to Could Have Been A lady ..... Boy ..... and people wonder why it takes me so long to upload a new song." ....... and his reply back was ......
