Watch this fail video as one after another, multiple drivers tried to make it around the city of Portland, Oregon. Snow on top of ice caused extremely slick roads, which brought about very hazardous conditions. There were approximately 30 vehicles involved in these crashes from driving in the snow with no injuries. See what happens in this video when the pressure/energy of the water of a street pipe (during this particular storm) became high enough that the water in the drainage system, upon being given a vertical outlet, was pushed to an elevation that exceeded the ground (or street) elevation at the outlet location.
