I had the pleasure of directing, editing
and choreographing this piece. I just wanted to get a little creative
and have some fun. A few of us got together for 5 hours one day and
shot it the next while doing just one continuous shot of the dance. I
just wanted to share some of my passion with anyone out there who uses
dance as their way of communicating. If you get a chance check out my
companies 2012 Summer Tour and come dance with us!!! DanceRogue.com Thanks a lot ! A big shout out to Revolution Dance Studio in Plainfield, Illinois for letting us rehearse there!

Pampers, the iconic and first baby care brand to distribute disposable diapers around the globe, is turning 50! Pampers honors these 50 years of parenting by unveiling its Little Miracle Missions program, which seeks to celebrate, support and protect babies everywhere through acts of kindness to little miracles (babies) and their families, while encouraging parents to “pay it forward” and support others. On Monday, Pampers and Graham’s Foundation (an organization that provides care packages that offer both practical and emotional support for the parents of micro-preemies) began donating more than 30,000 care packages to families with babies in level-three Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) across the country, for the care of premature or ill newborn babies. Yesterday, Pampers continued the celebration by partnering with a variety of celebrity parents who have their own personal miracle stories. Actors Joey Lawrence and Mark Consuelos, alongside actresses Ali Larter and LaLa Anthony delivered the care packages to The Mount Sinai Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in New York City.

The glitz. The glamour. The camera-stealing, Jennifer Lawrence red carpet antics. For any movie buff, this is the most exciting time of the year. Celebrities come out in droves looking their best on the red carpet. Movies from every genre vie for the most celebrated award in entertainment. The host brings out their very best jokes and presentations to make sure even the surliest audience member is enjoying themselves – whether they are at the show in person or watching from home.
For chef and entertaining expert Maureen Petrosky, this is also the best time to throw a party! With such a fun, yet glamorous feel, the awards show provides hosts with the perfect theme.
Last week, Jennifer Lawrence and other celebrities had indiscrete photos stolen and distributed across the Internet. It’s speculated that their accounts were accessed by a “brute force” attack—which can only be successful if their passwords were weak.
Weak passwords are a risk for businesses, too. Verizon found that 76% of all network intrusions exploit weak or stolen passwords.
To protect critical data, every employee at every business must use strong passwords (which have no fewer than 12 characters). But with an average of 14.3 apps per business, users are likely to take shortcuts by creating passwords that are easy to memorize – and easy to crack.

A new survey from the Gout & Uric Acid Education Society (GUAES) finds many Americans with gout may be placing too much emphasis on diet when it comes to managing the disease and controlling painful flares. Of all the steps taken to manage gout, respondents cited changing their diet by eliminating or reducing consumption of certain foods as their top step taken (50 percent)—even ahead of taking medications to lower their uric acid levels (40 percent) and maintaining an overall healthy fitness level (33 percent). Furthermore, nearly one in three with gout incorrectly believes that the disease can be completely avoided by eliminating certain foods; and more than one in four said they would not take medications if they were making dietary changes.
“Physicians all too often see patients who believe they can successfully manage their gout with diet alone,” said N. Lawrence Edwards, M.D., a rheumatologist and GUAES chairman. “But even with extremely rigid diet restrictions, most gout patients will only be able to lower their uric acid levels slightly—not nearly enough to achieve a healthy level to control flares and reduce risk for long-term damage.”
