Global health service company Cigna has added three new programs to the free Coach by Cigna health and fitness app, featuring coaching tips from The Fit Bottomed Girls for The Anti-Diet, Loving Yourself and Top to Bottom fitness.
The Coach by Cigna app puts health and fitness programs in the palm of your hand, with instructional videos and support from health coaches to help you focus on improving in five integrated areas: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and weight management.

Cigna (NYSE: CI) today unveiled its new TV Doctors of America campaign to encourage people to improve their health by going for their annual check-up, knowing their biometric numbers for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and body mass index (BMI), and taking control of their health. Supporting Cigna’s effort are actors Patrick Dempsey, Donald Faison, Neil Patrick Harris and Kate Walsh. All four actors starred as doctors on TV and are striking doctor poses, donning scrubs and using their celebrity influence to shine a spotlight on preventive care and the importance of going to a real doctor for an annual check-up that can help save lives.

The company is bringing together three cultural icons, Queen Latifah, Nick Jonas and Ted Danson, to encourage everyone to schedule their annual check-up and talk openly and honestly with their health care providers about how they are feeling, physically and emotionally.
Filmed in Los Angeles, the campaign takes a public service message approach and features the three influencers taking unique steps to find balance in their hectic personal and professional lives. Using light humor, they each address the impact that widespread and relatable feelings, such as stress and loneliness, can have on overall health and well-being.
