Wolfram P. Kastner und Martin Krenn, Schwere Sachbeschädigung – oder notwendige Ergänzung eines gefälschten Zitats? Die Republik Österreich, Landesgericht Salzburg, hat gegen den Künstler Wolfram P. Kastner, der zusammen mit Martin Krenn eine Klasse an der Sommerakademie für Bildende Kunst 2001 leitete, ein Strafverfahren wegen „schwerer Sachbeschädigung“ eingeleitet und ein deutsches Amtsgericht um Amtshilfe und „Abhörung“ ersucht. Was ist der Grund? Der Begründer des Zionismus, Dr. Theodor Herzl, der sein Rechtsreferendariat am Salzburger Landesgericht ableistete, schrieb in sein Tagebuch: „In Salzburg brachte ich einige der glücklichsten Stunden meines Lebens zu. Ich wäre auch gerne in dieser schönen Stadt geblieben, aber als Jude wäre ich nie zur Stellung eines Richters befördert worden.“ Die Stadt Salzburg brachte im Jahr 2001 dort eine Marmortafel mit dem sinnentstellend verkürzten Zitat an: „In Salzburg brachte ich einige der glücklichsten Stunden meines Lebens zu.“ Am 29. August 2001 nahmen Wolfram P. Kastner und Martin Krenn mit den Studierenden in aller Öffentlichkeit eine handschriftliche Vervollständigung des Zitats vor. Sie sahen darin eine „Rückgabe der unterschlagenen Worte“, in der Hoffnung, daß dies die Verantwortlichen dazu bewegen könnte, ihren Fehler zu erkennen und zu verbessern. Martin Krenn: „Die Tendenz zur Kriminalisierung von politischen Aktionen und die Einschränkung der künstlerischen Freiheit nimmt in Österreich bedauerlicher Weise zu. Aus meiner Sicht muß dem entschieden entgegen getreten werden.“

Now that I am forced to going back to using Windows XP Movie Maker and thus once again enduring mega technical issues such as continual freeze ups and failure to be able publish a video in it's entirety, this video was only publishing 60% of my work here. I chopped and cropped the original video into 5 parts and inserted those parts into a final video and muted the sound due to split second skips now in the audio and inserted a fresh audio track and now it looks like I have a finished product.

IN MEMORY OF WOLF! I was the owner of "WOLF" the real talking dog. WOLF was a Pomeranian. Some of the things WOLF spoke were: Hello, Hi Mom I want one! Wolf, the World's only Talking Pomeranian passed away on September 14th 2006. He will be very missed. How does one share unto others that quality which Wolf had? His remarkable ability to speak the human language and use it correctly was extraodinary to say the least. Many hospital patients and children will miss the visits by Wolf, whom had absolute free roam to visit the hospital wards and patients. He brought many smiles to the childrens wards and the seniors and even the staff members. His videos are good, but do not carry the wonder of seeing him in persona and watching him actually talk. Wolf was totally remarkable...In the mornings one could say hello to him and he responded with hi or hello back...crazy little dog. But, he was enjoyed by multitudes upon multitudes and shall be sadly missed. All we can say: Is God has a new puppy now! Mr. Wolf is resting in peace and the land of endless bones. Throughout the world the Bible is in every language and many translations, and yet in every single one the Precept and Concept brought forth by the Indwelling Spirit to every writer and contributor to the Holy Word is always intact. No translation can change the Concept and the Precept as it was granted by the Father through the Spirit and revealed by the Son of God, whom is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Jesus opened the simple pathway to know the Father. I am amazed when so many know the Lord's Prayer Jesus gave us all to pray: And yet, so few have ever read or heard of the special prayers Jesus gave ONLY to those following him. Nonetheless, these prayers are in the New Testament in every translation in the world. And, they are not spoken of from the pulpits? Why? Go read for yourself and then enter your prayer chamber with the Creator and ask what you were simply missing and why? These are the end days spoken of by the Lord, and we as Christians must be prepared and send out the Trumpets Sounding. Behold! Jesus Christ is Coming! Amen and Amen Theology is simply the individual studying of the Word and sharing what you have studied in its ground roots form. You can do this! Amen

As I'm approaching the time of certain eviction, I've been proving to myself what a little pressure can do to get the creative juices flowing and I am somewhat amazed by how quickly I have been creating and organizing enough videos that would have normally stretched out the span of this year and probably throughout 2014, all inside the time frame of a month. Particularly in the case of this song which is one of several songs that I have been working on that are somewhat more complex and exhibit my full potential as a musician. This song would have normally taken me a full year to compose and like some of my other prouder creations, I figured that there just was no time left for me to complete this kind of composition. Although admittedly I did rough it as I wrapped up the song in a day and took about one hour on the video but I think that with this one, I have successfully achieved my goal. I can always redo this at a later time when I get resettled and back in the groove.
