Watch this video by NRMA for top tips on motorcycle lane filtering, to keep you safe and moving on NSW roads. NRMA offer comprehensive motorbike insurance, providing you with cover for your bike against any accidental damage, collision or crashes. In NSW, lane filtering became legal as of the 1st July 2014. In heavy traffic on multi-lane roads, riders often filter between the lanes. It can be an efficient way to road your motorcycle when done correctly. 1. When you are lane-filtering look out for drivers on both sides. 2. Watch for body language as an indication that they are about to change lanes. 3. Get your speed right. While it may be legal to travel at 30km an hour, it may not be safe to do so. 4. Never ride to the left of a vehicle; it puts you at risk of a collision with a vehicle entering a driveway. 5. Be aware of circumstances where it is still illegal to filter lanes, this includes active school zones. Accidents happen and if you ride a motorbike or scooter then a motorcycle insurance policy could cover someone else’s property and your motorcycle, should you have an accident. http://www.nrma.com.au/motorcycle-insurance

Click: https://www.melogia.com/ Sarantos releases a Singer-Songwriter Folks song near and dear to his heart called "A Missión of Heart". Written by Sarantos, this song is about a man on a mission to change the world, and to make it a better place. Sarantos tries to help others every day with his primary day job. One day, when it is revealed to the world what Sarantos does for a living, fans will probably finally understand and appreciate where Sarantos has been coming from and his mission will make a little more sense. The importance of not constantly thinking about one's own self and material possessions is an important message and one that is not frequently stressed enough in today's world. The charities that Sarantos works with are all noble and trying to make a difference. Sarantos encourages all of his fans to take 5 minutes out of their day to try and do something nice for those less fortunate. He tries to lead by example and urges all musicians to join this cause. Together, a difference can be made. As Sarantos routinely says on radio interviews, how much money do you really need? How many new cars do you truly need? There are many in the world that do not have the basic necessities of life such as food, clothing and shelter. How many of us can truly say we are in that same situation? 33% of any music-related sales profits from this song are going straight to Heart to Heart International. The creative collaboration between Swedish artist/producer Avicii and Volvo Cars for their new brand campaign features a reworking of the classic song Feeling Good. Filmed on location in Stockholm and Osterlen, southern Sweden, the video visits places of personal significance for Avicii and tells his own story of renewal, following several years of hard touring. The video also features members of his family and close friends. “In the past six years I have been on a never-ending tour, apart for the last nine months during my time-out. I did around 325 shows in a year with traveling on top of that. It couldn’t continue. In the end I had to re-evaluate my situation and change my lifestyle. Sweden is an important place to me, it’s where I gather my strength and energy with family and friends. This whole process of re-evaluation and renewal is what Volvo encouraged me to visualise in the video. I think we did a great job together,” said Avicii. Turning your clocks ahead an hour on March 8 for the start of Daylight Savings Time may be known as the unofficial start to spring, but for many, it’s known as the day we lose an hour of sleep. As you prepare to change your clocks on Sunday, take that opportunity to evaluate your sleeping habits. The loss of that hour of sleep can turn minor sleep issues into major ones. “When we move our clock forward or backward, our internal clock becomes out of sync with the external time,” says Dr. Daniel Shade, Board Certified Sleep Specialist and Director of the AHN Sleep Disorders Center. “The best way to combat this is to expose ourselves to light and let our bodies resynchronize.” To view the Multimedia News Release, go to http://www.multivu.com/players/English/7447951-remworks-daylight-savings-sleep-coach/

Everyone loses hair, every single day. We see strands everywhere – the shower, in the brush, on our pillows. Thinning in women usually means a reduction in volume as well as less physical hairs on our head. As strands diminish in number, there is a lack of density. The American Hair Loss Association estimates that women make up roughly 40 percent of Americans experiencing thinning hair and the majority of women will experience some thinning by midlife – putting it right up with weight gain, dry skin and wrinkles. It is completely natural for hair to thin over time. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, we normally shed about 100 hairs a day. So, while 85-to-95 percent of the hair on your head is growing, the other 5-to-15 percent is in a resting stage. After “resting,” this hair falls out — often while you’re brushing or shampooing it — and is replaced by new growth.
