This is a test animation made in After Effects.
I heard this segment on Pat Kenny's RTE radio show about people applying for Community Welfare grants in Tallaght, Dublin and besides annoying me at how these people just take, take, take I thought it would be a perfect basis to try out animating in After Effects CS5.
These characters/this style will be fine tuned for the Agent Zorlax animated short. Please comment if you have any tips, I know I messed up here and there.

Making their U.S. television premieres exclusively on the service this spring are the first season of the HBO Latin America series Preamar and the two-part telefilm Mandrake, a follow-up to HBO Latin America’s drama series of the same name. The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) today warned drivers in the Las Vegas area to be on the lookout for criminals targeting trucks in a deliberate attempt to cause an accident for the purpose of collecting insurance money.
As many as 100 suspected staged accidents along the I-15 corridor through the metropolitan Las Vegas area have been reported to NICB in the past 12-18 months and as many as 25 of those accidents targeted big rig trucks. The NICB is working closely with its member companies, the Nevada Insurance Council, the Nevada Highway Patrol, and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office to track down the organizers behind these schemes.

This video shows how to make a large stencil. Your home printer, a stencil image, a huge stencil designer (I used RonyaSoft Poster Printer software (http://www.ronyasoft.com/products/proposter/)), scissors and glue is all you need. You can try to design your own stencil or use a photo or an image you like and turn it into the big stencil.
I used RonyaSoft Poster Printer software because it is the best software for creating a large poster, funny sign, colourful banner or advertisement at home. And believe or not, no special poster size plotters are required to make a poster; and a standard home or office printer will suit perfectly.
