What impact would an ice sheet have on a Swedish final repository for spent nuclear fuel? And how does a final repository affect the surroundings if the ground is constantly frozen? The answers to these questions can be found in Greenland. The nuclear fuel repository has to function and be safe for very long periods of time. SKB’s safety analyses investigate what will happen to the repository during as long a period of time as one million years. That’s the equivalent of as much as eight ice age cycles. By examining existing ice sheets, like the one in Greenland, climatologists can learn enough to be able to model what could occur in the far future. http://www.getthehormonecure.com Dr. Sara Gottfried refuses to accept the traditional medical thinking that feeling cranky, asexual, tapped out, and sleep-deprived is just part of being female and aging, and that prescription medication will fix all problems. In The Hormone Cure, she combines natural therapies with rigorous scientific testing to help women feel fully alive, especially in the years prior to menopause. Using an informative questionnaire to identify common symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as insomnia, low sex drive, lack of energy, moodiness, hot flashes, and more; detailing causes; and offering solutions in non-judgmental and thoughtful language, Dr. Gottfried provides a novel plan based on solid scientific research. She believes you don't find a cure at the bottom of a pill bottle.

The number of safety incidents at processing plants has increased as the nation’s refineries have aged. During the first two weeks of 2013, a total of 27 process safety incidents, including fires, leaks and fugitive emissions were reported at U.S. refineries. This incident rate could climb even higher as the U.S. is expected to be the world’s top oil producer by 2017 and plants are pushed even harder. To further compound these risks, the industry is experiencing a “brain drain.” More than half of the most seasoned oil and gas professionals are set to retire in the next few years. Music composed by Rokilis, Video made by Rokilis. This musical project was a little rushed, I decided to include footage of myself training which contains old footage also. It was interesting trying to produce music again and working on my video production skills. Overall it was a good effort. *Vocal audio towards the end may not be heard on some systems* (NOTE: some of the training methods used were all done in experimentation over the years, so I decided to include some of the things I have done whether effective or not)
