Five weeks after accepting a prize delivery of one million Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries, Tyler Kozar, a student at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, unveiled an over the top display of pop art made from Pop-Tarts®. Held in the gallery at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Kozar’s creations include an assortment of Pittsburgh inspired artwork and a mixture of pieces ranging from 3D exhibits to life-size sculptures, fun framed displays and even a larger-than-life, 14-foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex, the school’s beloved mascot. Kozar’s answer to the question, “How would you share one million Pop-Tarts®?” won him the grand prize in the Pop-Tarts® Pop-it-Forward™ Contest, which culminated last December. Two-thirds of all CEOs surveyed believe the economy has improved during the past year and half expect further gains during the year ahead. The Vistage CEO Confidence Index was 105.2 in the 1st quarter of 2011, slightly below 106.3 recorded in the prior quarter but well above the 93.7 in last year’s 1st quarter survey. CEO confidence has more than doubled since the recession low of 48.7 two years ago. However, the small decline reflects a renewed uncertainty about the impact of events in Japan and the Middle East on energy costs, consumer spending and inflation. Overall, the majority of CEOs still expect the recovery to continue and their own businesses to continue to grow. At the Goody\\\\\\\'s Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia, the friendly rivalry between racing legend and Goody\\\'s spokesman Richard Petty, and country music superstar and BC Powder spokesman Trace Adkins, got serious for two very good causes. Victory Junction, chosen by Petty, and Adkins\\\\\\\' chosen charity, Wounded Warrior Project, each received a donation of $50K from the powder brand they represent. Last year, BC and Goody\\\\\\\'s launched their joint Pick A Powder Campaign (www.pickapowder.com) to see which powder is the fastest at getting rid of pain. While the rivalry led by their respective spokesmen remains neck and neck, today\\\\\\\'s truce resulted in a total donation of $100,000.
