Richard Branson’s transatlantic airline, Virgin Atlantic and Adam Schefter, football reporter and television analyst, are on the hunt for someone with an insatiable love for the game and a fiery passion for social media to be a ‘Red Hot Reporter’ for a NFL International Series game in London. The Red Hot Reporter will interview players, go behind-the-scenes with sideline access and showcase the fan experience from the Virgin Atlantic suite. SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) today held an Investor Day event in New York City in which the senior leadership team of the planned spin-off company, Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), presented its business plans and financial objectives.
SAIC, Inc. previously announced plans to create two independent, publicly traded companies. Upon completion of the planned spin-off transaction, the technical, engineering and enterprise IT services business will retain the name SAIC and trade under (NYSE: SAIC), while the government and commercial solutions company will be named Leidos and trade under (NYSE: LDOS).

Children International’s 2013 Youth Report is available beginning today, International Youth Day. The report explains how Children International’s youth programs, with community centers at the core, measurably change outcomes for impoverished youth. The majority of the world’s 1.7 billion young people ages 10 to 24 live in developing countries – many in extreme poverty where they routinely confront threats to their personal safety and progress. Without positive intervention like Children International’s successful youth programs, these at-risk youth can remain trapped in an intergenerational cycle of poverty.
