Today, international humanitarian organization Concern Worldwide US launched the Your Dollar Our Future campaign to raise money to rebuild schools, hire teachers, and supply materials to repair the damaged education infrastructure in Haiti. The EHLP, announced by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), was implemented as part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The program will provide $1 billion to assist up to 30 thousand homeowners in 27 states and Puerto Rico.
